Want to make a desktop app with nice looking for the products on a factory line, which framework should I use?

On Windows or Ubuntu or Android or embedded linux.

The similar apps are NI Vision Assistant and VBAI for image processing.

I want a framework:

1. it can create controls with nice looking and animation like apps on android.
2. it is efficient like native control based framework(because image processing on a factory line usually requires the ability of real time processing of the app, or say, requires the app processing each frame in specified time)
3. it is cross-platform.

Is chromium framework good for me?

Please share some frameworks or tell me why I can't have it both ways.

What I have tried:

I'm using lazarus to make the app.

Solution 1

This question is too vague. You can do it with any framework. I suggest you first make sure whatever framework you are most familiar with can handle the requirements. If not, you'll need to research and learn new frameworks.
