NewsJob... forms! [modified] PinmemberSuper Lloyd26-Feb-13 6:31
Well I applied to a job and.. surprise surprise I got an email tonight, cool! Smile | :)
With... a code puzzle and a behavioral questionnaire!!

I did the code puzzle prompto, easy peasy! Poke tongue | ;-P

But this behavioral questionnaire... pfff... 90 minutes later it's... almost finished!!!

A sample of hard question:
"
Quote:
Give me an example of when you took a risk in your life and what was outcome?
"
errr.....

An other easier one:
Quote:
Describe some of the challenges that you faced in previous roles and what did you do to overcome them?

To be honest this one comes every now and then, I think I improved my answer and understanding a little...

Any tips?!

EDIT
I found a cool answer for the risk taking thing!
I won’t rate myself much as a risk taker. Although thinking about it, something that might be of interest, a few times at work I wanted to promote some idea that they were rebutted by an “it’s nice but we don’t have time for it”. In such case I sometimes took it upon myself to implement it all by myself. A few time I was afraid to have taken on a too ambitious task for the time I could reasonably spend on it. But as far as I remember when doing it, it all worked nicely in the end.
