Because there are different interpretations of the MQOTD by several people.
Here are the rules:
#1: The MQOTD owner can change the rules at any given point.
#2: Guessing the correct title (without expected cheating) will result in 5+ vote* (if the solution wasn't posted yet. )
#3: Guessing the correct title too soon, might be frowned upon by other people. Nothing prevents them from countering the 5+ vote*.
#4: For many the goal of the game is to have fun, not to guess the correct title. If you know the answer and the thread is still short, you might want to wait a while before spoiling the fun.
#5: Witty replies linking to the correct title might also be rewarded by the MQOTD owner and others by a 5+ vote*.
#6: No bashing, flaming, ... on other people.
#7: KSS rule applies, however, quotes sometimes have borderline words, those will be masked by a * as much as possible.
#8: Play fair, do not look it up. If you wait a while you might get a tip from someone else.
#9: Cheating results in a downvote**.
#10: Only the first guess counts.
* Only if upvoting is available.
** Only if downvoting is available.

I suggest a small improvement:

Hi !
This is funny to see a 'colleague' here . I'm also a developper from belgium (brussels) and also for a medical company. With which medical dossier are you working and with which hospitals ?

He he,
I work for Cegeka. The program is called C2m and we serve hospitals all over Belgium (in fact we have more then one program for hospitals)
Clients are (I don't know all of them) Virga Jesse, Az Damiaan, Ypermann, ... (Hasselt, Oostende, Ieper respectively) There are a lot more, but I'm not working here so long yet.
Cu around
btw: are you also a graduate? Where did you study?

No I'm industrial engineer in electronics and I studied at ISIB (Institut Supérieur Industriel de Bruxelles). And you ?
But I'm not really working with medical dossier. In fact I develop applications to detect respiratory troubles. But sometimes we need interaction with medical dossier (when for example the programs are used by privates).

Many nights we prayed with no proof anyone could hear, we were moving moutains long before we knew we could !
Yet now i'm standing here, although we know there's much to fear, hope seems like summer bird too swiftly flown away ...
There can be miracles! When you believe, though hope is frail, it's hard to kill !
Who knows what miracles, you can achieve! When you believe, somehow you will ...
YOU WILL WHEN YOU BELIEVE
