Yup. It is running a task, but I don't see it returning any values to present to the user. That's what you're trying to achieve; run a task, show the results to the user, and rerun with new data if the user changes the input.

You already have a single task that is run on the correct moment, as you say. So all that would be lacking is the actual presentation of the results "so far", and a mechanism to cancel the previous workload.
