I have let a message through because it looked a real question written on Spanish and didn't pay attention to all.
Then I went to the message and asked the guy to use online translators and write on English. That's when I noticed the link. It is related to the question but...
user created today just to post the question in that article with a link, although he says he used the code of the article successfully in other scenario.
The link is related to tax services (from the URL, I didn't click on it)
I now am unsure about what to think. It can be spam, but it really looks like a genuine question.

I think it is OK (except the language thing)... The link is to a service OP want's to use to communicate with... No spam here IMHO...
