Most, if not all, of these joined today and have no posts. What criteria are you using to claim they are SPAM accounts?

Different criteria. Sometimes it's the marketing or sales department of something totally unrelated to development; sometimes the name says it all; sometimes it's the conjunction of the name's format, a low quality stock photo and a random junk as the company name.
