Best wishes for all of you !

Many nights we prayed with no proof anyone could hear, we were moving moutains long before we knew we could !
Yet now i'm standing here, although we know there's much to fear, hope seems like summer bird too swiftly flown away ...
There can be miracles! When you believe, though hope is frail, it's hard to kill !
Who knows what miracles, you can achieve! When you believe, somehow you will ...
YOU WILL WHEN YOU BELIEVE

So, are you, like me, still alive? Once every so often (about once a year these days) I find myself nostalgically looking at CP. What's up?

No, not alive. Well, not really anyway. Just partially. I think that may be due to the withdrawals from wrenching myself away from CP. I think I went for about 3 years without even looking at it. It's amazing I'm still capable of functioning semi-intelligently.
The sky is up, as usual. Life is at a harrowingly frenetic pace, also as usual. If I had to move any faster, I think I would start to blur. Or at least begin to stretch as I approach the speed of light, possibly from the other side...
Since we last spoke (errr... communicated in some remote semi-written kind of way), I think I've bought a house, got married, bought a car, foster-cared for a 6-month old girl; those are the major things anyway. Oh, and changed jobs twice. *sigh* where does the time go??
Hope you're keeping well.

Hi, good to hear the bot who is responding to your emails is still functioning! Sounds like quite a pile of hecticity indeed! Let's just call it progress, okay? I mean, the house/car/etc. are all milestones required before you're forced to retire.
Here life is also metropolitan-style fast-paced (nothing compared with interleaving daily chores with child/wife-interrupts I would imagine, though), trying to study, hold down a part-time job, etc. Since we last spoke luckily I've also made some progress; 3 B.Sc.'s later I've finally settled on a CS master programme which is relatively interesting.
Indeed, where does time go? It probably won't be long until I'm not saying that in a thankful last-year-this-time-I-didn't-have-a-degree-yet* tone-of-voice, but in a next-year-this-time-I'll-be-in-a-retirement-home sort of way.
Still in sunny Oz I imagine? Speaking of sunny, I hope to spend half a year in Portugal starting February, since, as you might know, one thing the Netherlands isn't well-known for is great sunny weather. I'm told the espresso there is good...
So, keep sane or whatever! Mind you, what do you do for laughs (if any)? I still haven't progressed past playing with computers (see aforementioned degree programme).

From here[^]
Linda is staying with her very rich Uncle Bruce and even richer Aunt Joylene. Uncle Bruce loves dollar coins and 10 cent pieces but hates 20 cent and 50 cent coins, of which he has a vast supply. He tells Linda he will give her two 20 cent coins and one 50 cent coin for every dollar coin she gives him, and for every 10 cent coin he will give her a 50 cent coin. Aunt Joylene prefers 20 and 50 cent coins to 10 cent coins and dollars. She says she will give Linda a dollar coin and two 10 cents for every 50 cent coin, and a dollar coin for every 20 cent coin. Linda amuses herself by first taking a single dollar coin and swapping it with Bruce, she then takes the proceeds to Joylene and swaps them for dollars and ten cent coins. Then she goes back to Bruce, and so on. After "n" visits to Joylene, how much money will she have?
The correct answer is:
11*4n + 4 15(Well it gives the right answers anyway )

Now all I have to do is figure out what to put here.
Anyone have any ideas?
