Henry thanks i checked the sample code and followed the instructions ... but it fails to redirect anytime i click on the signing button .. I need a clue ...Help

hello ..thanks for the reply ..i have done that ..already ..

but i cant get the value of the month the user have selected ..
i tried $_POST['birth[month]'] but did not work out..
