You know for a developer replying to another developer that needs some support, you would have (IMO) been better off not replying at all. Not just you, but most of the authors of the replies here. Seriously....someone politely asked for some help. They gave as much info as they though would be required (remember...they don't know the solution...that's why they're here...) yet they are met with such sarcasm and duress. If you don't want to help someone, keep your hands in your pockets and don't reply. If you do...then try not to come across as a total a hole. I don't know how many of you that replied drive cars...but if you do...the same principle applies. We were all learners once. If you've got 20 years experience behind you....let someone benefit from it just like you did once. If you've got 1 year of experience but still want to try and help soneone...then good for you and thank you, and if you're answer helps someone then you are a superb human being for taking the time to help someone else. I'm sick of seeing so much angst on this site and others. If you don't have anything nice or positive to say to help someone, keep your 'virtual' mouth shut.
