Hi, if u want get the dynamically binded data details handle it Page_Init event after that the view state will load and u will loose u r data...take the full grid back up in page init.. Regards vinay

yaa i have read the question properly and given answer he want a java script function by the following words he has given

hay the sender itself is the formview rite....just loop through the formview items and find the text box then assign the value

after finding the text box control just parse it like the below code
Dim txtNew As New TextBox
and assign the text box what u have found and set the value
