This so called solution is really a comment. By the way, excel can open some xml files too. So, if you save a proper xml as an 'xlsx' file, it will be opened by excel.

You can't do it this way. Because Thread.Sleep makes the UI Thread busy. If you want TextBoxes to wait before text changing, you can use Timer
Shahin Khorshidnia 13-Jun-16 5:40am View

Actually, we need to see the code. Maybe a "Thread.Sleep()" is blocking an important part of a sequential progress. However, we cannot help you unless you provide us with the code.

I don't know to be honest. Why not using a simple breakpoint and watching inside the returned value? For example check the IsClosed property and what not. Besides, it works as yield return. Have you tried not to use using{} block this way?

I actually don't know what exactly IFileRepository is. I guess you are trying mono and I can also guess that IFileRepository does not allow "IntWebUIMVC.Model.File" type because it has been designed in its structure that accepts some specific types. (where T:something)

Did you tried float.TryPars(...)?

Why do you want to redirect the user who hits "xxx\Customer.aspx" to "xxx\Customer"? The user has to redirect to Error page as long as you are intent to hide "aspx" extension. At any rate, this could be a naive opinion but maybe you can expire the user's session if they hit the wrong address.

I thought the UserID was Int or BigInt and Identity. That's why you can't update the table. It was better to defind UserID as BigInt and set it as Identity(1,1). But now, UserID is Not null and you need to insert a value to it while inserting and updating. I think you are inserting a duplicate UserID or You are inserting nothing.

I don't know the table. Maybe it needs to see the create t-sql query of the table. But try to use Select *. And... did you use cmdbld.RefreshSchema() after Dim cmdbld As New SqlCommandBuilder(Da)? It refreshes the automatically generated command.
And also, is it a real table or a view?!

Because you can not set userId in update command. UseID is a primary key and I'm sure it's an Identity (Means increasing automatically). generally you can not set Identity Primary Keys by hand.

My +4 Good suggestion (reffering to google) but I think you could help him/her to write his/her own chat application instead of this.
