You are using the wrong helper name Try replacing the component call with this.

I saw above so project did not use cdn but local then :
you said you used ASP. Net Core 2.0 but above layout is a default template for standard .NET web app .
Attention in .NET core you have to know packages and install them from NuGet manually.
so I think you did some think wrong ,
you have to add bundle of scripts in above layout , add references to your jQuery and … after @renderbody().

If your system is slow it is not your fault and you can't do any thing about that but elevate hardware (cpu , ram , vga).some hardware accelerator same as intel humax may help.
I suggest you for current situation you can use your devise (phone) directly instead emulator, it is much more faster that emulator , you need to connect your phone with usp to your pc and sync them together. then android studio use your phone instead emulator.

Think about better scenarios : you can use google translator for query base results. you need to send queries in url and retrieve them from url . in this scenario you can do it with ajax in your main page or you can opening a new page and doing what you want.

I just wanted to make it easy ,Then you can use sh1 or AEC or DEC but I suggest md5.
