ActualSize is not RenderSize. RenderSize is the final size of UIElement after rendering and showing on the monitor. So it could be different value in monitors. But ActualSize is a static value.
Besides, ActualSize is for whole DataGrid. What I need is RenderSize of RowHeader not the whole DataGrid.

Unfortunately I tried that.
But you know, default value of RowHeight in DataGrid is NaN. And I don't know why after rendering in monitor, it is still NaN. Therefore when I bind to it, nothing happens.

And I should add that, the reason I want to do is that, the Fill and the Height of Rectangle01, is always different by user, and not static. So I cannot use resource references or static resource. That is why I want the Rectangle02 goes follow Rectangle01.

With respect, I should say the previous code that I accepted, is NOT accepted yet.
I checked the 'List' which is binded to the DataGrid. None of cells updated in the list!
But when I remove the PreviewKeyDown from codes, all entered data will update to the list after hitting Enter.

It is much faster for user to use Enter to come down to next cell.
He means that, when cell is in editing mode, the Enter key is just for finalizing data into cell.
But when no cells are in edit mode, the Enter key should work like everyday, I mean going to next cell.

I did what you shared in reply.
Now the problem is, when the user finishes editing on a cell, after pressing Enter, the cell is still in editing mode, and the user must use mouse clicking on another cell to finalize the editing. So I think disabling "Enter" is not a good idea.

1 - As I understood, CollectionViewSoure will group items, not count them. So follow my question, how can I find out that how many "John" are in my list?

No it doesn't related to boolean value. I tested with a boolean but no luck.
Also as I mentioned in Update, I accidentally changed the IsChecked to Visibility. And it works!!! I mean when I set to change the Visibility, it works. But when I set IsChecked, it doesn't work.

Doesn't work here.
You just added a Grid before the Rectangle! Also you added a TextBlock with text. But the cell should be empty and without any other elements. Only color. This is why I used Rectangle. And the problem is that the Rectangle is stretch to the size of Cell. And as the Cell is empty, the Height of Cell is 0. So the Height of Rectangle will be 0! So nothing appears in the final run.

There is a problem in using this.
For exmple, think that I have 5 rows of data. If I completely remove row 3, then the IndexNo in DataGrid shows: 1,2,4,5 ! Which is completely wrong!
Then if I add new line, the new line will be 6!

This will blow the index of the DataGrid COMPLETELY.

What's your idea about using (EmployeeList.Count) for this line?

@Graeme_Grant Thanks for reply. The DataGrid is bind with a list(of ). So I tried to edit item on the list in the handler, while clicking on the Datagrid to edit. It sends an exception that I cannot edit list which is binded to the datagrid.
Anyway. Could please help me on this? When I click to edit datagrid, I want to autofill some cells, like the cell which indicates the index.

Here is problem by using List(Of String). I have used Redim in my project. Becuause numbers of the array continuesly added up, and I use Ubound() to have the boundaries of it. But I don't know how can I have them with List (Of String).

The user is going to DragDrop a file.
If I remove drop calls from MainWindow, then the user MUST dragdrop on the TextBox.
If I remove drop calls from TextBox, then the user MUST dragdrop on the MainWindow and MUST NOT dragdrop on the TextBox, because it changes the mouse to 'forbidden icon' and nothing drops.
So I stucked and confused here!
Help me please.

@OriginalGriff Also I should add that, as you can see in the code, both MainWindow and TextBox has handle to Sub FileDrop.
So when I drag-drop on the TextBox, 1st TextBox calls FileDrop, then MainWindow calls FileDrop. So this is why the sub calls two times. and this is what I DON'T want.

Thanks. I tested the code you wrote.
It works, but has some issues.
Issue 1: It adds two lines to the grid, not one line!
Issue 2: I type something in a cell, then I hit Enter. The data does not save into the cell and cell will be clean like it was before editing.
Issue 3: After editing, if I press TAB, sends this error:
System.InvalidOperationException: 'Two-way binding requires Path or XPath.'

Doesn't work. Because in Selenium, commands for moving mouse, does not actually move the mouse. And just does it in browser as an event. This is exactly why I created this question.

Ok let me explain better. The element in the page has a coordinate in the screen. I use Photoshop to check the X and Y of the top left of the element. Do not stuck on Photoshop, because you can do it with any painting software. What I meant by "understand" is that finding the exact location of the element. I tried to explain better. I need to findout the exact location of the element in my screen (or webpage). But the code I wrote above leaves me wrong numbers.

Well you are right. But I need to compare it as a picture of screenshot in photoshop. html uses Point, and photoshop uses Pixel. So I need to know how can I convert point to pixel, so then I use it in the screenshot in photoshop.

I need to turn off (or standby) the monitor.
But I don't want it turns on with any activity.
I need it turns on via a special key.

Yes it happen.
For example when the monitor is in sleep, any events will wake it up.
So whether I have handler for events or not, the monitor wakes up.
This is why I want to deactive events.

3. Now what I need is add a button on the UserControl1.
