How to set GridView Header and Footer stable when we scroll records.

Hi,

I have a Grid View in a Panel Control. I applied Scrolling="Auto" for the panel. I have number of records in Grid View. Now i want to Show Grid View Header and Footer, even we scroll through the records of Grid View.I Followed an Article in Code Project, as we can do it with some CSS. but it won't work for me. Please give me a solution for this.
