Have you considered to use User settings for storing date of first launch and test this setting?

but the user can changes the date and time of their own sysyem..den how it works??

see when you install your application at that time enter the current date in registry. whenever user changes the date of system & launch your application at that time check the date from registry & changed date from user, if its mismatched then you know what to do. just show up the message to user that he messed with system date & close the application. this way you can manage trial period.
