This is a linker error, meaning that the compilation went ok (so, all required header files were included). But, the linker cannot find a variable. It comes usually because you declared somewhere an extern variable (with the extern keyword) but forgot to define it in a specific cpp file. But Release mode works well. What could be the reason for this? You have to fiind it in debug mode!
