Hello Friends,
I am developing as application in ASP.Net with code behind as VB.
I have declared a variable as shared in a code behind class like:
Partial Class MyPage Inherits System.Web.UI.Page
Public Shared MyArray(1,2) as String
Now, how can i access this MyArray in some other code behind class?
Plz help me.

Why dont you put your array in a common methods class and then just access that from your class pages

Put a page class in your app folder and put the array in there. Then you can reference that page from other pages.

what you are trying to do with the loop?
That loop always iterates one time.

hi guys i am getting the following error while i run my project , i am using vs2008 and C#.
The web server is not configured correctly. See help for common configuration errors. Running the web page outside of the debugger may provide further information.
my application is configured with IIS correctly and runs through virtual directory , but from my
solution i cannot run it, why ?

To run a website from a solution, are you using ASP.NET development server (provided by default in VS 2008) or IIS?

I have a web service and an web application deployed on my laptop. the webservice works fine but when open my web application It told me The page cannot be displayed, the title is "Server can not find"
Any one has the solution? Thanks!

seems the error is popped from IIS not the asp.net. but the most strange thing is the web service works fine. and my application works fine on my server

so are you saying the application is published to your local machines IIS and it is not working there or are you trying to access the application on the server from a local machine?

Are you using Visual Studio? If so, do you get the same problem while debugging or when you try to access the site directly using a browser.

hmm, if you are having the same problem when debugging, the problem doesnt sound like it would be in IIS as Visual Studio uses its own web server to run on.
Also as you stated the project runs fine on another machine. I would suggest clean/ rebuild project option if you havent done so already. and if this doesnt work, i would reinstall visual studio and try to rebuild and try to run the project again.
