Based on the name, he may be the same hidden-link spammer who was kicked off last year: Spammer from moderation queue (Bharat Vasant)[^]

If we put someone on the watch list, can we remove the user link from original posts?
The reason being that my "Still alive" checker isn't bright enough to read English and know not to add them ...
Plus it prevent accidental reports by "newer members".
