Do you mean Uwe's company Zeta? If so you'd probably want to contact him directly. Although if you are lucky, he may see this thread and reply to you here. But this is certainly not the best place to get this answered.

The templates of Zeta Producer CMS[^] can be modified either with the included easy-to-use GUI design editor or, if you require more advanced configuration options, by hand (editing some CSS and HTML files).

The later one requires that you are aware of HTML and CSS.

Since you questions title contains "E-mail", I could be on the wrong path here, though...
