I want to take some external certificatin of Micro Soft.
On internet there are lots of certification available.
Can somebody tell me which certification has high market value,has good content,how to register for it and where to get the cource material?

I am interested in ASP.NET,C# programming kind of certification.

help will be highly appreciable.

If you are interested in asp.net and c#, that the most suitable certification for you could be PRO: Designing and Developing ASP.NET Applications Using the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

For this exam you must pass 3 exams:
70-536 - TS: Microsoft .NET Framework – Application Development Foundation
70-562 - TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, ASP.NET Application Development
70-564 - PRO: Designing and Developing ASP.NET Applications Using the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
