Content Management System in .NET

Hi,
I want to use a CMS for building a website. I have heard about Dotnetnuke.
Can anybody suggest me are there any other CMS 's for dotnet and which one is the best one to adopt ?

Any help is appreciated....

Hey!
You can use one of the following CMS:
1) Sitefinity CMS
2) Umbraco CMS is an opensource for ASP.net
3) DotNetNuke CMS
4) Kentico CMS
5) mojoPortal
6) Orchard Project and
7) Composite C1

Hope this will be of good help, On a personal note i'd like to suggest you to go for Umbraco CMS as it's an opensource and it's effective as well.
