how to pass signal in serial port using c#

hi frens, i m under a project, in this project i have to interface a microcontroller based motor system in which i have certain condition that when i click a button, the signal should be passed to the serial port so that the motor can be rotated and after certain time lets say 5 seconds, again another signal needs to be passed which will reverse the motor rotation. how can i do that please help with the code

You can pass a string Rotate.

Use my tester to see how easy it could be.
