how to catpture video from DVR card 4 channel using directshow c#.net

I have 4 channel dvr card attached to pci slot.i have drivers installed,and application that cames with company is also working,but want to create my own customized application.i am try to capture vedio from all the channels ,i have seen eg directshow but still could not get help to get started. Do any body have any solution to it..
