i'm currently searching for ways i can best design a form, the purpose of this form is for displaying results , more like a report and a graphical 3D diagram on the right displaying statistics. As said at the beginning , the methods, i found this add on called Telerik, just to check with you guys out here, is there any other better way i can get such done?

Allow me to apologise for asking such a question here, but design is currently more important than my codes, hope you guys can help me with it.

Would be nice if you guys can provide me with options i can choose from for designing , MVC WPF, winform , Telerik? or just a backgound :P

& the same time if you encounter any nice design of forms meant for displaying result , please attach the link here, it would be greatly appreciated.

Best wishes, Jonathan

Please see my comment to the answer by John. There are a lot of considerations potentially relevant to this topic...

1 solution

You don't need to buy 3rd party code to accomplish this. My advice would be to put a horizontal splitter on the form, and put the report on the left side, and the graph on the right side. The report could be in the form of a HTML page displayed in a browser control, or a PDF, or something like that. The graph can be created with the MSChart library (free from Microsoft).

Agree, a 5. I also should add that it's impossible to give a definitive advice without considering a number of factors, especially those related to the ultimate goals of OP's project(s) and requirements. All options considered by OP could be considered.
