There is a good number of WPF libraries these days.

On CodeProject:
WPF Toolkit Charting Controls (Line, Bar, Area, Pie, Column Series) Demo[^],
Simple WPF Bar Chart Control[^],
A WPF Graph Control Library[^].

You could use GraphIT[^]. It's smooth even with a lot of data points.
