Using MSDN: Install SQL Server 2012 from the Command Prompt - Uninstall Parameters[^], you can achieve the same.

Similar thing(for silent install) was done and shared here: SQL Server 2008 R2 – Unattended Silent Install[^]

Follow the article above and use the MSDN article to get the details for uninstall parameter, combine them and it should give you what you are trying to do.
