Help with TCPServer frustration

Hi All. I have a C# winforms app running a TCPServer service on a thread. The first attempt at connecting is always successful from the client. Thereafter it barely goes through. I need my server service to be able to handle clients connecting and disconnecting all the time. Please Help

There are many ways to screw up things and get frustrated. As you did not inform us on your preferences, this post means nothing.
And, due to the current foliage season, my access to your hard drive is somewhat limited.
