I want to block/unblock a USB port through the ( Windows C#) application. The ports currently used by keyboard, mouse etc are not blocked. But can I block the unused ports ? Is it possible ? If yes, then how ?

If your application binds to any of the ports, nobody else can bind to it. That's the only way to block others.

So instead of blocking , try to make these ports as IN USE. It will be BLOCKED for others...

And by the way, please improve your english and try to use punctuation marks wherever necessary. Your question was very simple but I guess very less people were able to read it to the end...
