I am looking for a template for a library type website. The type of website that one might use for legal research - search capability, tree list of documents, with back end database support.

I don't mind paying for it.

You clearly aren't looking too hard!
A very quick google: template for a library type website[^] gave loads of hits.

In future, please try to do at least basic research yourself, and not waste your time or ours?
