Windows Azure : Status stuck at Deploying stage - taking long time to get deployed

Hi,
Deploying my web application at Windows Azure platform is consuming lot of time. The status is showing as initialising then busy but the status is not geting changed to "Ready".

Can anyone help me.

Service name : JBKSCOI.
Deployment ID is : 12efc36ca3c944fd8337e6e44ba49989
Deploy Name : CISDEPLOY

The most common reason for this is that the configuration is still set to dev storage (you uploaded the configuration file to Azure and can edit it online).
