First Layer Is = Presentation Layer
First Layer Contain Your Component Programing With Code Behind Such as :Button Or Image and so on

Second Layer Is Bussiness Logic Layer:Imagin That In DataBase You Have 1 Table With Id and Name Column.TableName Is T1.You Should Create Class T1BLL In BLL Layer.In This Class You Have Id And Name Property And Set And Get Function For Its.
In This Layer You Check Parameter And So On....
Three Layer Is Data Access Layer That You Have Another Classes That You Insert And Select and ....
