As it currently stands this doesn't make any sense and it isn't even a question.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish and what do you mean by "attaching a PDF to a windows application"?

And another thing. Did you see that funny little character at the end of my second sentence? It is called a question mark! (Hint, hint)
