Found CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms Error

Hello All

I am facing big problem. When i am trying to run report from my client computer then message showing could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms' version=13.0.2000.0 etc...But i included in my set up project CRRedist2008_x64.msi, CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_2.msi those files after that also same message showing. how can I resolve this error.
