Hi there..
Can anyone tell me how to create a menu in asp.net like the menu in Windows O.S(which is seen in the left side of each window)?

The one you indicating is not a menu...Its (in XP terms) is known as "Common Tasks window". On Vista and 7 its known as "Explorer Panel"
