I am writing an article about handling large numbers in C# without using any external commercial library or using BigInt. The code does basic arithmetic operations (+, -, *, /).
Division, is a little complicated. I have a found a journal online that uses Vedic mathematics and BCD. I need to contact the authors about completeness of their algorithm and whether I can use it in the article. This can take a while and will also need some write up to first explain what it is and how it works.
Thus, I was thinking of making this a 2 part article with one part dedicated to division. Is that alright? Here are the links to the work in progress article. The second article should not be reported. He gave the source link and the cited text is clearly indicated.
Even the first article mentions the source but the indication is not clear enough. Rather then reporting I would have written a comment asking to format the cited text to comply with the CP rules (pointing to the Plagiarised FAQ).

The fact is that nothing matches... maybe a "wrong language" menu bar will be needed.

It's a fairly uncommon thing. Unclear / incomplete should do the trick. The problem will be apparent quite readily.
