Midi? Or an MDI-Form?

You DO know that VB6 has been phased out? That you cannot buy a new copy of the IDE? And that there will be less support for the platform every year? If you're writing new code in VB6, you might as well write the comments in Latin.
As Jan said, install .NET, and create the form in there. You can hook it into your existing application, so you don't have to rewrite the whole thing at once. Start here[^].

That's not what I said. I said that VB6 is dead. Buried. No longer supported. VB's not pinin'! VB's passed on! This language is no more! It has ceased to be! VB's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! VB's a stiff! Bereft of life, it rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed 'im to the perch 'e'd be pushing up the daisies! 'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! VB's off the twig! VB's kicked the bucket, it's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!! THIS IS AN EX-LANGUAGE!!
To sum it up; you don't write any new code in VB6.

As far as I'm concerned, this is done using .NET. I too, have stopped supporting the dead language.
