#include the header file of that file which u include in ur project ...in .cpp file ..may be this will help u

Are you sure RegisterClassImplCategories is member of NoAddRefReleaseOnCComPtr?

Hmm. Maybe it would help if you said
(a) Which project you're trying to build (since you say it's from CP)
(b) Which version of VC++ you have.

Bear in mind that ATL3.0 (VC6) and ATL8.0 (VS2005) are different animals, with different implementations. It's possible that the project makes use of ATL8 specific macros or such.

CAsyncSocket::Send() Sends data to a connected socket.
CAsyncSocket::SendTo() Sends data to a specific destination.

Somethings seem HARD to do, until we know how to do them.

did you have a look at the link i gave you ?
it does recover perfectly the resource version table, and in the OnInitDialog() of your AboutDlg you set it to be displayed...

Have a read of the xmltest.cpp file that ships with the library. I know it can be a little intimidating at first, so many functions, so many overloads, but it is really quite easy. This is an example from my project
