We do. However, as you are posting against a question that someone has asked, the polite thing to do is to reply to them so that they get notified that there is an answer. By replying to me, I see the notification, but the person who asked the question doesn't.

The simplistic answer would be to set the Enabled state of the ComboBox from the other ComboBox by handling the GotFocus and LostFocus events on that ComboBox.

You can write it in Select_Index_Change of First DropDown
EX:

DropDownList2.Enabled = false;

As Pete said, it does not help the OP with his problem. He wants to disable the combo box when it is selected, not when an item is selected...

Note the OP is intending to do this for c# windows form application and not for ASP.NET Applications.

you can use the Click event of the second combobox to enable/disable the first combobox

What database are you using?
What are you trying to bind? Is it a single event per day? Multiple events?

now i developing a project in windows application c#, my project task is to create appointment scheduler for doctor, so that i need to create own control for appointment scheduler has to be display the appointments already fixed by the assistant and also assistant can fix the new appointment, for that i need to bind sql sever data to the appointment scheduler control, Multiple events, calender control is user control for appointment scheduler.

So have each day in the calendar host a ListBox showing the events - one per row. The first thing I would do, if I were you, is make sure that I've retrieved the events ordered based on their date. Obviously you would want to limit the number of rows you're retrieving from the database. The way to do this is to use the start and end dates of the appointments you are viewing to limit the data.
