Spam and Abuse Watch

This board allows members to report the accounts of spammers and others who abuse the forums in order to give other members the chance to vote to close the offending account.

This guy: http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=8317285[^]
is using this account: http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=9429441[^] to sock-puppet "correct" answers to questions.
It seems a little dubious to me that the second account has asked 7 questions to date that that each and every one of them has been answered by the OP, upvoted and marked as correct.

I wasn't, now I am, then I won't be anymore.
