I don't think that this is where he stole the whole thing from: http://www.dotnetjalps.com/2015/02/what-is-mongodb-why-mongodb.html[^], but check the section "Load balancing" and they are word-for-word. I'd suspect they both stole it from elsewhere and filed off the serial numbers...
