I guess it's OK since there are ways to make an ISO out of those that you can use for clean installing. Or just use the enterprise edition, for which updated ISOs are available right now.

Dunno which entry; it must be one from the mvps[^] file as far as I can tell.
It blocks some ad-servers (and malware-servers) at the IP level, making them inaccesible regardless of the application requesting it.

Nice. I block other stuff "for my own good" from mine and use adblock+ + ghostery for the rest.
Do you have a loopback ad blocking hosts file reference you like? I imagine there are probably a bunch of them kicking around on ye olde innert00bz

Don't think so. #Dev is a full IDE; Omnisharp appears to be bindings to do .net in sublime/emacs/vim/etc.

This is the first full preview of what we used to call Visual Studio “14.” Even if you’ve been following the earlier CTPs, you’ll find some new things in here, including a new Visual Studio Emulator for Android and support for building Android applications using C++ based off of Clang and LLVM. So much Visual Studio. Many IDE. Wow.
