As with Resharper, it will probably swallow all your memory to do that. Another memory hungry process that will eat your entire machine if you're not careful.

What would I see if my data coming from a database via DAL and no sample data while writing?
And as a developer I have a very clear image of what my code will do when running, that's why I'm a developer...

Data coming form DB is one thing, but what if your code changes that data?  Prod db connection string by mistake anyone? 
However idea is cool and if I will be able to somehow turn it off for some method and provide sample data on method entry or mock interfaces, it WILL be cool!

The biggest risk with agile is when the process becomes more important that the task at hand. Like anything, you should pick the bits that fit around your culture and use them without slavishly adhering to a process that may end up being detrimental to the development process. If you have a good team, learn to trust them.

I guess we're in the "mature methodology" stage now, which is defined as "a methodology, having no proven track record, but which has been a fad for long enough that people no longer question its use but instead claim extravagant benefits."
