Before there were tools like IFTTT, which lets you mash up data from web services along with other content in new ways, there was Yahoo Pipes, an online (and somewhat geeky) visual interface that let you aggregate and filter web data without requiring the end user to have programming skills. The reality we live in is that “Senior Developer” means a person who has been slinging code for more than 3 years. I have more than 4 years of experience so I would count myself as senior.
Otherwise, a senior is someone who has a very bad attitude toward the juniors, always willing to prove them wrong, unethical, stupid and sometimes inhumane. Too senior to be a human!

These days a bunch of grads got a title Technical Lead, Systems Lead ... with in 6th month or less. This is v annoying and ethically wrong IMHO.Don't mention how they got the job. NO INTERVIEW(it's who you know rather than what you know).

Microsoft showed off a bunch of upcoming PCs that will use Windows 10 during its Computex 2015 keynote address. Two of them are small form-factors designed to connect to big-screen TVs, including one, the Quanta Compute Plug, that has its PC hardware inside a power adapter. I don't think it will run VS terribly fast though
