Oh bow locks! Did I really get a character wrong? It's up to @Th3F3aR if I can call you the winner or if I have to set another one tomorrow.

Sory for the late Response, i had a meeting from 15:00 to 18:30.
I'd say he got the correct answer although you made a mistake. Since you saw your Mistake and the correct solution was postet (without the error) I'd state it as solved in this case @User-9037617 is the winner

And so is my stint as this is the 3rd clue that you have all been unable/unwilling to solve. You must therefore persuade my predecessor to stir his stumps tomorrow.

PRECISE
anag. SPICER + E (Orient), def. express
I even gave you a couple of extra hints in the title. 'Nice' is, of course, when properly used, a synonym of 'precise' and there is no more precise a character than Poirot.

Either email addresses are case insensitive, or they aren't. Everything on t'interwebs agrees that they are.
Except Microsoft account verification...
I'm old fashioned, and I like my email with initial caps: "P***.G***@S***-M***.com" and that's how I always enter it.
Microsoft accepts that, and because emails aren't case sensitive, they lower case it when they store it as your Windows account name.
Except when they ask you to verify it...
That doesn't match the alternate email associated with your account. The correct email starts with "p***".
Even worse, when you do lowercase it they effectively confirm that you got it right, while pretending they aren't!
If p***.g***@s***-m***.com matches the email address on your account, we'll send you a code.
Consistency. Don'tcha just love it?

Why so? All my E-Mail Adresses have a capital letter at their beginning.

But you're not using it as an email address. You're using it as a username. Usernames are case sensitive. It's really very simple. You are the one that's inconsistent. Microsoft is being a shining example of truth and light!
