I have a set of apps based on a Web API. One is Android, the other is Objective-C and Swift on iOS, but they are already old and needed a bit of rewriting. The advertising for Xamarin looked good, so I installed it and gave it a shot. First off, Xamarin needs a dedicated UI project for each platform, although you can share code in a common project. No help, most of the code is in the UI already. Next, I noticed a file for a storyboard in the iOS project in the sample set of Xamarin projects. When I tried to open it in Visual Studio, it said that it could not, because it needed a connection to an iOS server. Game over. Xamarin is almost worthless and false advertising. My boss dug out an old Apple Mac and connected it to the network. It is possible to run a bootlegged iOS in a virtual machine, but you still need Apple hardware to sign and submit the app. I did for six months work on an Apple virtual machine supplied by a service run on Apple hardware. The cost was reasonable, but it frequently crashed.

Yes, and it leads to much divisiveness.

The good news is that if they go to prison for it they don't need to worry about sharing because they're all single cells.

I had to actually work while everyone else posted and distended to allow all the best words to be taken. Anyway, let's lift a glass of cheer - mitosis "To your health".

I've been googling, but nothing really substantial comes up.
I'm looking for an intellegent tutorial that covers using SVG with HTML5. What I mean by intelligent is, ok, cover the basics of SVG but what I'm more interested in are the "lessons learned" creating an interactive SVG (mouse events, DOM manipulation, etc.) and "best practices." So far what I've found is basically warmed over regurgitation.
This is a start Interactivity – SVG 1.1 (Second Edition) but lacking examples and best practices.
This is another start Jenkov Tutorials but doesn't seem to cover events at all.
And please don't recommend PluralSight. I looked their offerings and it all seemed like beginner stuff. Really beginner.
SyncFusion has nothing.
I mean, hasn't someone written something that decently shows how to work with SVG in HTML/Javascript in the real world? Do I have to write this too???

Ok. I have Safari Online and I see a book "Using SVG with CSS3 and HTML5" O'Reilly ($32.49 - Amazon). Have you thought about going the "book" route? I know it is so retro to go that way, but....

I'm not into that stuff myself, but I've found Udemy[^] to be a great source for pretty much anything
Just check the best seller's and highest rated.
And be sure to wait for any discounts, they regularly go from $199.99 to $9.99

Unfortunately so, simply because Udemy don't act unless someone points out a fake they find, and even then you have to jump through bloody hoops to prove anything.
Iv'e actually had stuff that Iv'e given away free, turn up on there before and getting a sum charged for it.

Actually I have some things in the pipeline, inc some updated stuff for the Syncfusion range, but I gotta finish off my Bootstrap 4 book first, and with everything else I have going on at the moment time is rather short.
If you need your fix now however, there's actually a lot of stuff buried in the google developers channel on youtube, you just need to find it.
