Perhaps you could explain why.
No you explain why this home owner is not random target for sniper to point weapon? He deserve it beause 3 people died at a walk...

I only have the caption - on a picture labeled "uploaded two minutes ago".
But - for whatever was happening - I still request you explain why. Who's window? Maybe it's for good cause. Maybe the soldier was just scanning along with his gun and the image show's but a brief instant and not aiming at anyone at all.
But why are their soldiers in the street? What happened. Is this any particular neighborhood? Just a random location?
You have an agenda - spell it out.

Basically, from you last two posts, you don't answer anything.
Picture doesn't say anything without a context. You won't supply one.
Since you don't wish to answer anything - all but certainly because you either can not or else know the answer shows you to be a fool - stop wasting my time.

CONTEXT IS RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD IN BOSTON INDISCRIMINATELY SEARCHED BY POLICE
PICTURE HAS HOME OWNER WITH WEAPON POINTED ON HIM ABSENT CRIME
Now can you refute or explain how it's good..
|

Well - for one thing - residential neighbor doesn't say anything about why the police are in that particular neighborhood - and importantly - what lead up to the scene.
Did they just drive through pointing guns at every window? I doubt it as there are too many windows.
Maybe they received a tip that their suspect is in hiding in the area.
Maybe a shot was fired and they're deploying?
Indiscriminately searched by police. That means that this neighborhood was selected totally at random. Their aren't enough police to dispatch randomly through neighborhoods so why this one?
Proximity? Demographics? If you don't know, then you cannot even be sure the neighborhood is in Boston.* For that matter, the photo is taken from rather high in the window - was the photographer standing on a chair in that window and attracting attention to him/herself at a rather foolish time to do so, when the police are wary of being shot at by snipers, themselves?
You have a picture without any context other then the ones you care to give. And posted only just in time for your claims.

Your conclusive proof picture first appeared on disclose.tv a notorious conspiracy theory site a full 2 months after the events it purports to portray. There was no attempt then to authenticate the picture and there has certainly been none since. The picture has always been published in isolation with no before or after shots to provide context nor witness accounts to corroborate the charge it lays against the police. In other words it has no evidential value at all.

Of course not. It was too early. Better keep the old version till you know that the new one is ok. Besides, Windows 1.01[^] is a perfectly fine system. No need to upgrade!

I still don't get the point of the original post.

It could - in C++ - but not in C#, where an int64 isn't a bool.
