I had not seen it before. That's because you are young.

In those days it took weeks to build one of these giant machines, and they had less power than the cheapest Raspberry PI. But they were fun to work on, and you could program them through the switches on the front panel.

I've all sorts of things to look forward to, New Year notwithstanding. Like the upcoming long weekend, beginning in just a few hours.
But - no matter how much I look forward to something coming I'm never in a hurry to get there; for the days to pass. So long as I do get there.
After all, how many days do we have that we should wish to hurry even a single one away?

Odd sync with something I updated (company online profile)
The song goes "Que Sera Sera" (Whatever will be will be)
Some of it already has been.
All that remains for you is now.
You're move.

Happy New Year to all, hope all your wishes come true in 2016.
So far, in three minutes - one of mine has!

I'm pretty sure I don't want to know the answer, but..."which wish came true?"
And a very happy New Year to you, and all your family!

His wish came through - his woman was rather disappointed in only three minutes worth of . . .

Well, people are still celebrating a totally arbitrary designation of time like it actually means something and wishing me a totally unrealistic change of fortunes between 23.59 today and 00.01 tomorrow (using a clock not even based on actual noon!) and not being carted off in white vans to the asylums where they so clearly belong for maintaining such totally irrational beliefs, so .... that's one wish that won't be coming true!
