I've read a few articles about the bathroom fight[^] now, and they all seem to be using sensational words.
First off, it was a pretty tame fight. They keep saying "brutally attacked" and other buzzwords. Second, the brother didn't jump in until after the guy was knocked out, and another guy came at his brother... .seems like that's something you'd expect from a brother.
I seriously doubt it started just cause some guy tapped him on the shoulder... If there wasn't any indicator that a fight was going to happen, then it probably wouldn't have been filmed (or at least not until after the fight had started).
Finally, the guy isn't paralyzed. They said that it's possible that he could be.
So, the guy who got knocked out may not be charged. I also think the 3rd guy should be charged if the 2nd brother is, because he jumped in after the guy was knocked out and the fight would have been over.

It was actually a very good interview. Humphs was asking Johnny about 'selling out' for the butter adds and that's when he called him a silly sausage.

I missed out on the butter ads, having emigrated 19 years ago ... but I seemed to remember Johnny Rotten calling Pete Townsend a sell out for "not dying before he gets old".
I'd never expect anything less than perfection from Humphs!
