Sounds like a pretty good idea! E-Safty had never heard of it but someone has to teach them that the web is not just a place to vent their alter ego.

Maybe she should learn how to use the privacy settings on FB and teach them that as well....

Heck no! If she'd had the indecency to share a little bare hooter, yeah - I'd help it go viral. But for that, not a chance. I'm easy, but not free.

On similarly was on G+ a couple of months ago. I just researched it back yesterday - something in the range of 5 digits +1 and some odd 8000 reshares (of the original).

Fascinating!
On one hand I want to be involved in actually making this stuff, but on the other I'm slightly terrified of the whole thing.

doesn't meat space date back to '80's cyberpunk fiction?
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

The article says it was coined by William Gibson in Neuromancer, which wikipedia tells me was written in 1984. I've never read it.

Hi,
I had a moan on Friday that I have 'mucked' up some cases thanks to an Evil bit o' software and board manufacturing inaccuracy's. I have now got to the stage where I'm waiting for the Boss to finish what he doing before I 'bother' him regarding the milling problem. What to do at the moment is the question... start testing the next lot of graphics boards that arrived this morning (same customer), work on the Test Rig software (customer has tested it and has made the request for changes that I wanted to put in, but wasn't allowed! Score!!), Check the current tests that were done on a board over the weekend... Lots to do but not enough time!
|
|
|
|

Check the tests, so if there was a problem they can be restarted - "over the weekend" sounds like a long job, so any problems pushes that back even further.
Then check the boards that arrived, then start on your CV the updates to the software.

So you will now be blamed for not implementing them in the first place as the not allowed part will be forgotten.

Hi,
I wandered down to Sainsbury's in Tunbridge Wells today and saw Tom Baker waiting to cross the Frant Road to the Pantiles (the touristy part of the town). He was walking with the aid of a stick and even though not officially in character, was wearing a long yellow coat and really looked the part. How perfect it would have been if Leela [^] (Louise Jameson), her of the short leather dress, and also resident in this area, had been there too.
