Code review is no problem at all. The fun begins when it is taken over by passionate beaurocrats who invent a billion rules, 'standards' and 'conventions', plus annotations and exceptions, exceptions to the exceptions....

But think of it - you have a smart-ass customer, who updated by the very same adverts, and asks you if you are agile (otherwise you software can lay golden eggs, it worth nothing)... You can answer yes without hesitation and bad feelings...
